The PMRG Institute is quickly approaching and we are eagerly anticipating another exciting conference. See below for pertinent information about our conference and the hotel.

WHO ELSE IS ATTENDING?
The diverse list of companies attending will be e-mailed to you a week prior to the conference.  Here is a list of companies that attended last year.  You will receive the complete attendee list once you arrive at the conference.

CAN I GET A SNEAK PEAK OF THE CONFERENCE BOOKLET?
An advance copy of the conference booklet will be e-mailed to attendees a week prior to the conference, or you can download it here. The booklet lists all pertinent conference information including the agenda, session descriptions and other conference information.

HOW CAN I GET THE MOST FROM ATTENDING?

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all meetings and most functions. For the awards dinner on Monday night, attendees typically dress in cocktail attire, but you are welcome to dress in business and business casual attire. 

Pack your favorite football jersey and join WorldOne, the sponsor of the “After Awards Event,” for Monday Night Tailgating. Game time starts at 8:30 p.m. and will be held at the Horizon Ballroom at the Sheraton, Jersey and Jeans style.

CAN I ATTEND THE MONDAY NIGHT AWARDS CEREMONY AND DINNER?
When you register to attend the conference, you indicate if you will attend the Awards Ceremony and Dinner; cost is included in the conference fee. Seating is limited to those who indicate they will attend. If you would like to change your response to yes, you will be able to do so once you check in, if seats remain open.

WHAT IS THE MANUFACTURER-ONLY NETWORKING BREAKFAST?
Attendees employed by pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostic manufacturers are invited to attend a breakfast on Tuesday, October 16 from 7:30 – 8:45 a.m. where you can network informally with your colleagues.

HOW CAN I MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR MY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE HOTEL?
Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel
Check in is 3:00 p.m. Check out is 12:00 p.m.

HOW CAN I ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?
Taxis are available at both the Philadelphia Airport (PHL) and the Sheraton. Allow 20 minutes of drive time.

WHAT IF I AM DRIVING?
Parking at the hotel is $38 self park and $44 valet, see local parking information for alternative parking options.

WILL THERE BE INTERNET CONNECTIONS AVAILABLE?
An internet and charging station will be available for your use. You may either use the laptops we provide or connect your own laptop. We will also have chargers available for most smart phones.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY NAME BADGE AND MATERIALS?
Conference registration will be held Sunday, October 14 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Liberty Ballroom Foyer, located on the Ballroom Level of the Sheraton. On Monday, October 15 and Tuesday, October 16, this desk will open at 7:00 a.m. in the same location and will be available to assist you until 5:00 p.m.

At registration, you will pick up your conference materials. Your name badge is required for admittance to all food functions and meeting sessions. Your cooperation is appreciated. Guest badges for admittance into meal rooms can be picked up at the Registration Desk.

You will check in directly at the front desk for your hotel room.

WILL PRESENTATIONS BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD?
Yes, visit www.pmrg.org to download the final presentation slides within 2 weeks of the conference concluding.

DO YOU COLLECT FEEDBACK ABOUT THE CONFERENCE?
Absolutely! We provide on-line session surveys for each presentation and the conference overall. Check your inbox for the link the first day of the conference. 

WHERE AND WHEN IS THE NEXT CONFERENCE?
The 2013 ANC will be at the Gaylord National in National Harbor, MD on March 10-12, 2013. Registration, call for presenters, exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities will be available at www.pmrg.org on October 14, 2012.

The PMRG Institute 2013 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on October 20-22, 2013.
