The PMRG ANC is quickly approaching and we are eagerly anticipating another exciting conference. See below for pertinent information about our conference and the hotel.

WHO ELSE IS ATTENDING?
The diverse list of companies attending will be e-mailed to you a week prior to the conference.  Here is a list of companies that attended last year.  You will receive the complete attendee list once you arrive at the conference.

CAN I GET A SNEAK PEAK OF THE CONFERENCE BOOKLET?
An advance copy of the conference booklet will be e-mailed to you a week prior to the conference. The booklet lists all pertinent conference information including the agenda, session descriptions and exhibitor information.

HOW CAN I GET THE MOST FROM ATTENDING?

LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter and let the world know YOU are a PMRG attendee or speaker.


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all meetings and most functions. The attire for the Tuesday night event at Universal CityWalk is casual.

CAN I ATTEND THE TUESDAY NIGHT EVENT?
The cost for attending the Tuesday night event is included in your conference fee; there is no separate ticket purchase for the event. When you register to attend the conference, you indicate if you will attend the event. Seating is limited to those who indicated they would attend. If you would like to change your response to yes, you will be able to do so once you check in if seats remain open.

WHAT IS THE NEW MEMBER / FIRST TIME ATTENDEE RECEPTION?
We host a reception on Sunday afternoon for new members and first time attendees to mingle, make contacts and ask questions about PMRG and the ANC.  If you are a new member or first time attendee, you are invited to join us.  The location and time will be confirmed when you arrive at the hotel.

WHAT IS THE MANUFACTURER-ONLY NETWORKING RECEPTION?
Attendees employed by pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostic manufacturers are invited to attend a reception on Monday, March 26 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. where you can network informally with your colleagues.

HOW CAN I MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR MY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE HOTEL?
JW Marriott Grande Lakes
Check in is 3:00 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m.

HOW CAN I ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?
Taxis are available at both the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and JW Marriott Grande Lakes. Allow 15 minutes of drive time.

WHAT IF I AM DRIVING?
The following parking rates are charged by the hotel: 
   Valet $24/day 
   Self parking $18/day 

WILL THERE BE INTERNET CONNECTIONS AVAILABLE?
An internet and charging station will be available for your use. You may either use the laptops we provide or connect your own laptop. We will also have chargers available for most smart phones. Guest room internet fees are $9.95/day for PMRG attendees.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY NAME BADGE AND MATERIALS?
Conference registration will be held Sunday, March 25 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Mediterranean Ballroom Foyer, located in the convention space of the JW. On Monday, March 26 and Tuesday, March 27, this desk will open at 7:00 a.m. in the same location and will be available to assist you until 5:30 p.m.

At registration, you will pick up your conference materials. Your name badge is required for admittance to all food functions and meeting sessions. Your cooperation is appreciated. Guest badges for admittance into meal rooms can be picked up at the Registration Desk.

You will check in directly at the front desk for your hotel room.

WILL PRESENTATIONS BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD?
Yes, visit www.pmrg.org to download the final presentation slides within 2 weeks of the conference concluding.

DO YOU COLLECT FEEDBACK ABOUT THE CONFERENCE?
Absolutely! We provide session survey forms for each presentation. And, when you return to the office, check your in-box for our online conference survey.

WHERE AND WHEN IS THE NEXT CONFERENCE?
The PMRG Institute 2012 will be held at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown on October 14-16, 2012. Registration, call for presenters and sponsorship opportunities will be available at www.pmrg.org on March 26, 2012.

The 2013 ANC will be at the Gaylord National in National Harbor, MD on March 10-12, 2013.
