Sponsorship Opportunities

Gain higher exposure by sponsoring an event.

 

Beyond the obvious brand exposure of sponsoring that is provided by the print, web and meeting room posting of your logo and the option to include print marketing in our welcome bags, sponsoring at PMRG conferences provides intangible benefits. Since PMRG is a not-for-profit association, funds generated by our sponsorships make possible our efforts to advance the healthcare marketing research industry year-round. We are able to provide educational and networking opportunities to our community beyond our conferences. PMRG sponsors are not just recognized as monetary contributors, but partners and thought leaders in this effort to evolve our industry.

The advantages you will gain are:

  • Logo posted on PMRG website conference pages
  • On-Stage recognition in the general session room by a PMRG Board Member
  • Logo included in slide show shown on the screens in general session and breakout rooms
  • Eligibility to include marketing item in registration gift bag *see details at bottom of page
  • A sign with your company logo at the designated area of the sponsored event
  • Company logo listed in the agenda booklet (sponsorship form and logo must be received by February 25 for logo to appear in booklet)
  • Sponsorship ribbon on your conference name badge

Note:

  • PMRG will provide central distribution of sponsors promotional material and gifts via sponsorship gift bags given out at registration
  • Items will no longer be placed on general session seats
  • Remaining bags will be available at the hospitality desk on Monday and Tuesday
  • Branded items will not be permitted at the function, the sign will read sponsor’s name

Parameters for gift bag items:

  • Gift bag will be purchased by PMRG with only the PMRG logo
  • Marketing piece must be half-page sized or smaller ( 5.5” x 8.25”) - copy must be approved by Director of Events prior to printing
  • Item must be approved in advance by Director of Events and be valued under $4.00 - examples are: bottled water, post its, pens, legal pads, travel mugs, candy, puzzles, etc.
  • Item can be branded with company logo, but not the PMRG logo
  • The cost for the item and marketing material is assumed by the sponsor
  • Items must be shipped to arrive to the hotel 1 week prior to the conference, addressed to the attention of Heidi Boyle, PMRG.
